Mediterranean Quinoa Bowls with Roasted Red-Pepper Sauce! A mixture of quinoa, cucumbers or kale or lettuce, feta-cheese, kalamata-olives, and pepperoncini!

Here is the recipe I’ve been eating for the past week and a half to maintain myself eating some thing of nutrient value which really tastes good for my mouth.

Mediterranean Quinoa Bowls with Roasted Red-Pepper Sauce
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almonds

- 1 garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt more to taste

- hummus
- spinach kale or cucumber
- red onion thinly sliced
- feta-cheese
- kalamata-olives
- pepperoncini
- fresh basil or parsley
- lemon-juice
- olive-oil
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
