Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks
For Blue-Cheese Dressing
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- ground black pepper, fresh
- 8 oz crumble blue cheese
- 1 cup sour-cream
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup regular mayonnaise
For The Chicken Drum-Stick
- Carrot and celery, for Garnish
- 2 tbsp Grape-seed oil
- 4 tbsp Butter,½ stick
- ⅛ cup cajun blackening spice blend
- 1 dz Chicken legs, skinned
- ½ cup Franks Red Hot-Sauce
- Remove the skin from chicken legs. dressing skinned thighs with blackening spice. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Heat oil over medium high heat in a deep sided fry-pan. Cook the thighs in batches if needed, be careful! do notfill the pan too full. Cook that thighs for 10 minutes, rotating occasionally so that all sides cook evenly.
