- 1 tsp seasoning-salt
- 1 head-cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/2 cup Red hot-Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp olive-oil
- 1/2 cup almond-flour
- 3 tbsp dried-parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic-powder
