Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- 1 tsp seasoning-salt
- 1 head-cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/2 cup Red hot-Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp olive-oil
- 1/2 cup almond-flour
- 3 tbsp dried-parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic-powder
Instructions
- Frist, place the cauliflower florets in a big mixing bowl and set aside.
- Then, melt butterstir in olive-oil and hot-sauce until completely blended.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cauliflower.Stir around until all of cauliflower florets are coated.
- In Another bowl whisk together dried-parsley, garlic-powder,almond-flour and seasoning-salt.
- Sprinkle about a handful at a time of almond-flour mixture over the cauliflower, lightly blend until everything is coated.
- Next, move in half of those prepared cauliflower to the air fryer.
- Fry the clauflower at Air fry at 350˚F for about 15 minutes, shaking a few times throughout the cooking process.
- Cauliflower is ripens if the florets are somewhat browned, but not mushy.
- drain cauliflower from the Air Fryer, set aside and keep covered.
